1. Pipe Protection

Plastic Pipe Encapsulation: For plastic pipes made of flammable materials such as PVC, PE, PP, and ABS, the Helwe fireproof system can encapsulate them. Intumescent fireproof mortar and elastic sealant bond tightly with surrounding substrates, creating a fireproof barrier around plastic pipes to prevent fire spread along them—critical as these pipes are vulnerable points in fire scenarios.

Metal Pipe Sealing: At metal pipe penetrations through walls or floors (as shown in the red-sealed areas), the system achieves a tight seal. Custom gaskets and fire-rated boards form a continuous barrier to block flame, heat, and smoke propagation through these points.

2. Cable and Electrical Equipment Protection

Cable Bundle Encirclement: Fireproof bandages encircle cable bundles, effectively preventing fire spread along cable routes.

Electrical Cabinet Sealing: For electrical cabinets in the figure, the system seals entrances by filling gaps around cables and conduits with fireproof materials—preventing fire ingress/egress and protecting internal delicate components.

3. Structural Penetration Sealing

Wall and Floor Penetrations: Red-sealed areas denote wall/floor penetrations. Intumescent fireproof putty (VR) and elastic sealant (VJ) directly bond to substrates like concrete and multi-shaped fireproof modules (VM) without primers or backer rods, creating fireproof seals that enable zonal fire/smoke control, delay heat transfer, and eliminate chimney-effect risks.
